Southern Living Redesign – Cover, Contents, Article, & Feature Spread
This is a conceptual redesign of Southern Living, reimagined to feel more like a photography journal or coffee table book. Using content from the magazine’s December 2023 issue, the layout blends elegant typography, generous white space, and large-scale imagery to bring a fresh sense of visual storytelling, while preserving the charm and warmth of traditional Southern style.
NEXT Conference Booklet - FOR Students 2022
I worked with Chris Lee, Creative Director & Graphic Designer for FOR Students, to design the 2022 NEXT conference booklet, hosted by FOR Students. This design is inspired by early 2000s high school grunge aesthetics. The design uses bold typography, layered textures, and playful layouts to evoke a sense of nostalgia. The goal was to capture the energy of the event while creating something students could connect with and enjoy flipping through.

I designed this booklet for Ridge Students’ 2023 Beach Camp. The goal was to match the fun, laid-back vibe of a summer beach trip—think bold colors, wavy textures, and modern type. It was all about creating something that felt exciting and easy to use.
The Metamorphosis & Other Stories – Book Design
This redesign of Franz Kafka’s The Metamorphosis features a minimalist yet striking layout that reflects the surreal tone of the text. The cover uses bold typography and sharp contrast to echo the psychological tension of the stories, while the interior maintains clean, readable formatting to let Kafka’s words take center stage.
